Sentinel operational attention

Sentinel collects findings from deliberately enabled checks, such as certificate expiry, licence position, vulnerability exposure and external monitoring, into one explainable attention queue. Each finding stays linked to the affected record, the available evidence and the threshold that triggered it. Sentinel does not monitor every asset automatically and does not decide severity on its own.
