Onboarding and import of customer data are included. Very large or unstructured datasets may need extra processing; any extra costs are agreed upfront.
There is no maximum number of knowledge base documents per subscription. Each document can be up to 50 MB; technical processing limits still apply.
How does the Richard bundle work?
The organisation shares 400 Richard conversations per paid agent per calendar month. Conversations by agents and employees both count. A chat thread counts at Richard's first successful answer in the month; follow-up messages in the same thread do not count again that month.
A top-up block contains 500 conversations for EUR 98.50 excluding VAT. Automatic top-up is on by default and can be turned off in the admin panel. Without a top-up, Richard pauses when the bundle runs out; a failed payment is reported clearly. Purchased top-up conversations remain valid until used, also after the month ends.
What additional help can you arrange?
A consulting pack contains 40 hours at EUR 120 per hour: EUR 4,800 excluding VAT. It is valid for 3 months from purchase and can be extended once on request. It covers data import, API and SSO setup, help with workflows and configuration. Work that causes no extra cost is free.

The minimum purchase is 3 agents: EUR 207 per month excluding VAT, billed annually. Requesters do not need a paid agent licence.
How does the free pilot work?
You try ITLedger free for two weeks with a real import of your own data. Extension is possible by agreement. Richard stays free during the pilot; up to 3 operators, more only after discussion and with a good reason. Discuss the next step with us before the pilot ends. The pilot only becomes a paid subscription with your explicit consent.
What is in the consulting pack?
