Check subscription status
Review the current plan, billing state, licensed seats, usage and available features in Configuration → Tenant Management → Billing. This procedure is read-only and does not give Richard a billing lookup tool.
Who can do this: Tenant administrator
Before you start
- Use an account with access to the stated page and permission for the chosen action.
Safeguards
- Billing data may briefly lag behind the payment provider after changes.
- Licensed seat quantity and current user usage are different counts.
- Use the billing page’s current plan and usage information; do not infer licensed seats from deleted or active person records.
- A missing display is not proof that the organization is on a free plan.
- Open Configuration → Tenant Management → Billing.
- Review the plan, status, billing cycle, licensed seats, usage and trial information shown.
- Review the features available for that plan.
- If a recent change has not appeared, check the payment-provider confirmation and refresh the billing view.
Expected outcome: The user has reviewed the result of check subscription status in the application.
