An authorized administrator manages the plan, licensed seats, payment details and invoices through Configuration → Tenant Management → Billing and its hosted payment-provider flow.
Who can do this: Tenant administrator
Before you start
- Use an account with access to the stated page and permission for the chosen action.
Safeguards
- Richard cannot change subscriptions or payment settings.
- Adding seats can affect charges; review the exact price and proration before confirmation.
- Removing users does not automatically reduce licensed seats.
- Before cancellation, review the displayed retention period and export needs rather than assuming data is retained indefinitely.
- Open Configuration → Tenant Management → Billing and review the current plan and seats.
- Choose the offered billing action and read its current price, proration, effective date and data-retention consequences.
- Complete the hosted confirmation only if those consequences match the intended change.
- Verify the payment-provider confirmation and the updated billing page.
