Configure organization info and branding
Organization settings contain the tenant name, descriptive company details, contact details, logo, timezone and locale. Use the administration form to review and save them. Business calendars have their own timezones; changing the tenant default does not rewrite those calendars.

Configure organization info and branding
Organization settings contain the tenant name, descriptive company details, contact details, logo, timezone and locale. Use the administration form to review and save them. Business calendars have their own timezones; changing the tenant default does not rewrite those calendars.
Who can do this: Tenant administrator
Before you start
- Use an account with access to the stated page and permission for the chosen action.
Safeguards
- Tenant timezone is a default; SLA targets use their selected business calendar and its timezone. Review those separately.
- Use the organization form’s logo control. Attaching an image in chat does not update the tenant logo. Follow the form’s current image validation.
- Go to Configuration → Tenant Management → Info.
- Enter the organisation name.
- Set the correct timezone from the dropdown (search by city or region).
- Set the locale to match the primary user language and region.
- Use the logo upload control in the organization settings form and review its preview.
- Save settings.
Expected outcome: The user has reviewed the result of configure organization info and branding in the application.
