Who can do this: Tenant administrator, Operator
Before you start
- Use an account with access to the stated page and permission for the chosen action.
Safeguards
- These PDF reports are available for incidents only.
- Formatted descriptions and resolutions are rendered as plain text.
- Downloading a PDF does not automatically save a document record.
- Reporter and assignee names are resolved from users where possible, but missing names fall back to blank report fields.
- Open ITSM → Incidents.
- Open the incident row to show the incident modal.
- Use the side navigation to open the Reports tab.
- Choose Incident Report and click Download PDF for a standard incident PDF.
- Confirm the browser downloads the generated file.
Expected outcome: The user has reviewed the result of export incident pdf in the application.
Export nis2 pdf
Export the configured NIS2-oriented incident report. Its deadline calculations use the incident creation date; review that basis and the report before using it for compliance work.
Who can do this: Tenant administrator, Operator

- Use an account with access to the stated page and permission for the chosen action.
Safeguards
- NIS2 export requires the feature and its organization configuration.
- The NIS2 PDF calculates Article 23 deadlines from the incident creation date: 24 hours, 72 hours, and one month.
- Formatted descriptions and resolutions are rendered as plain text.
- Downloading a PDF does not automatically save a document record.
- Reporter and assignee names are resolved from users where possible, but missing names fall back to blank report fields.
- Open ITSM → Incidents.
- Open the incident row to show the incident modal.
- Use the side navigation to open the Reports tab.
- If NIS2 is enabled, choose NIS2 Incident Report to review organization/contact/deadline context.
- Click Download NIS2 Report to export the compliance-oriented PDF.
- Confirm the browser downloads the generated file.
