Who can do this: Tenant administrator, Operator
Before you start
- Use an account with access to the stated page and permission for the chosen action.
Safeguards
- Choose relationship types from the current selector; availability can change when configuration is updated.
- Buildings, floors and rooms are location records; choose the correct existing location.
- Relationship deletion is a soft delete so history remains available.
- A relationship records one specific link; it does not imply unrelated permissions, votes, or workflow outcomes.
- Open a record or visualizer that supports relationships.
- Choose the source and target records.
- Select one of the relationship types offered for that pair.
- Save the link and verify it reads correctly from both records.
- Soft-delete links that no longer describe reality.
Expected outcome: The user has reviewed the result of manage entity relationships in the application.
