Invite multiple users
Uses the same email-first invitation flow as a single invite for up to 100 recipients at once. Addresses may be separated by new lines, commas, semicolons, or spaces. ITLedger normalizes and deduplicates them, applies one reviewed role, and queues an individual secure email for each eligible user.

Who can do this: Tenant administrator
Before you start
- Use an account with access to the stated page and permission for the chosen action.
Safeguards
- A batch contains at most 100 unique valid addresses.
- All recipients in one batch receive the same role; split batches when roles differ.
- Invalid addresses must be corrected before any invitation is sent.
- Existing or already invited users are excluded and reported rather than duplicated.
- Go to Configuration → User Management → Users.
- Click Invite people.
- Paste up to 100 email addresses.
- Correct invalid entries and confirm the unique recipient count.
- Choose the shared role and send the batch.
- Review any excluded existing users and monitor queued invitations under Pending.
Expected outcome: The user has reviewed the result of invite multiple users in the application.
