Navigate workspace
Use the role-visible destination directory to find a supported ITLedger area. Navigation does not grant access or execute work.
Who can do this: Requester, Reader, Operator, Tenant administrator
Before you start
- Use an account with access to the stated page and permission for the chosen action.
Safeguards
- Feature and permission settings can hide an area or individual actions.
- The portal is a requester workspace, not a permanent top-level sidebar item.
- Some operational screens may be unavailable on unsupported mobile layouts.
- Open the relevant visible area in the app navigation.
- For resources, open Assets or Contacts, choose the resource type, then search or open a record.
- For operational work, use the ITSM area or My Workspace.
- For reusable reports use Reporting; for live widgets use Dashboard.
- For requester work use Portal. Configuration contains permitted organization and administration settings.
Expected outcome: The user has reviewed the result of navigate workspace in the application.
