Revoke pending access
Revokes ITLedger access for selected roster users through the unified access workflow. For a pending user this invalidates the current invitation and stops onboarding. For an onboarded user it revokes application access. The current administrator and the final active Tenant Admin are protected from accidental removal.
Who can do this: Tenant administrator
Before you start
- Use an account with access to the stated page and permission for the chosen action.
Safeguards
- Revocation is immediate and invalidates a pending invitation.
- The current administrator cannot revoke their own access from this workflow.
- ITLedger blocks removal that would leave the tenant without an active Tenant Admin.
- Send a new invitation after correcting an address or role; do not reuse the revoked link.
- Go to Configuration → User Management → Users.
- Select the pending or active users whose access should end.
- Choose Revoke access.
- Review protected administrators and the exact selected-user count.
- Confirm revocation.
- Send a corrected invitation separately when appropriate.
Expected outcome: The user has reviewed the result of revoke pending access in the application.
